The Role                          
- Reporting to the Customer Care Manager you will deliver an excellent level of customer care service meeting the needs of homeowner after the sale.        
- Provide support and advice to sub-contractors and operatives.                        
- Deliver all services within the guidance of data protection legislation.              
- Speak with Site or Constructions teams as necessary to ensure customers’ queries are answered accurately, efficiently and consistently.     
- Occasionally meet with home owners for demo and hand-over's.
                                
Key Skills

I am working with a main contractor in Oxfordshire who are looking for an experienced Projects Estimator to join an existing team of passionate and dedicated employees. The individual will be able to carry out estimating up to £10m and be experienced in preparing and measuring bills of quantities.
 
Roles and responsibilities:
  • Experienced in preparing and measuring bills of quantities
  • Importing BOQ's in to estimating system
  • Analysing tender quotation returns
  • Producing tender adjudication documentation
  • Experienced in leading post tender value engineering
  • Producing post tender handover packs for production/commercial teams

Role
