I am working with a highly respected construction contractor who are looking for an experienced Bid Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will need to be able to prepare a tender independently, produce comprehensive considered technical proposals to support the commercial submission and provide leadership to the tender process.

Manage the development, submission, award and handover of allocated tender opportunities
Motivate and lead the bid team promoting a team working culture
Build strong relationships with customers and consultants

Role Requirements

Ideally you will have experience working within another housing developer but consultancy backgrounds will be considered.  
Engineering understanding is a must.
