Introduction
Currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join an award winning developer to manage their sites in the Suffolk area.  
 
The Client
The client is a national house builder who are one of the most successful house builders, creating over 16,000 new homes a year. Ranging from studio apartments to luxury family homes, they have a reputation built on quality.  
 
 
The role  
Duties include:
  • Drive sales targets of reservations , exchanges of contracts and conveyances
  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives and appointed estate agents to achieve those targets
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator in the lead up to sales launch and for lead generation afterwards
  • Provide knowledge/expertise to react to market conditions such as lenders' criteria, local house price variations, stock plots, assisted move properties and new initiatives.
  • Manage the Sales Coordinator to generate reports on weekly sales progression, exchanges and conveyances versus company targets
  • Have a real focus on Sales costs and budgets to drive best value from suppliers and contractors
 
The candidate
The ideal candidate must have experience as a Sales Manager within the new homes industry.  
 
Salary  
The basic salary is c£35k with + OTE

- Flexibility is a must as travel will be required to both East and West of London where the developments are situated.                 
- Working days are Monday to Friday
