New Homes Sales Manager - £30,000+, Competitive OTE - To cover Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire and Sussex
An exciting new permanent opportunity has arisen for a New Homes Sales Consultant to join our client based in Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire and Sussex. You will be based at the development, negotiating the new homes sales.
-Dealing with all potential and existing customers in a professional manner to give the best customer experience.
-Identification of market segments and customer profiles.
-Site design concept for marketing purposes
-To ensure the proper and accurate production of all sales literature, forms and brochures in accordance with Company standards
-Co-ordinating and organising the pre-planning of on-site sales offices and show home complexes.
-Direct the sales launch of sites and subsequent sales promotions, launches and marketing functions
-Developing and monitoring of advertising schedules, maintaining full records of advertisements placed and results.
-To be responsible for the preparation, co-ordination and maintenance of site sales presentation, advertising, site boards, sales offices, agents displays and show homes
Essential Experience and Skills
- Sales Negotiator and Management experience with a high-end residential Developer
- Excellent influential and persuasive skills as a highly-trained Sales professional
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of the team as well as independently is essential.
- A true team player with a collaberative approach, making the best of your resources available to you
- Good IT skills with CRM database experience
- Full, clean driving licence
