The Role                         
  • Payment Processing
  • Data entry of invoices onto the in house computer system in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure all payments are covered by an official order and that details of applications accord with such orders
  • Maintain reconciliation reports with suppliers
  • Process in-coming post, prioritizing urgent matters where appropriate
  • Handle telephone enquiries concerning payments
  • Maintain an accurate and efficient filing and archive system.
  • Photocopying, as required.
  • Create list of cost reserves for CV model as required.

  • Working days are Monday to Friday  (8 - 5:30)

The ideal candidate will be situated in or around the Berkshire area and be flexible to travel across the region which covers into Buckinghamshire, Surrey and some of Kent.                                       
     
The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available to join a heritage company for their highly anticipated project in Bromley.
 
The Client
A family owned Heritage Company who work on many high end and well known projects across the country.  They have a passion for delivering high end developments using the very best Britain's architectural heritage and landscapes.  
 
The role  
This is a very exciting project of a stunning Grade I listed mansion in Bromley, London. The mansion and its surrounding landscapes have been transformed into 22 luxury apartments surrounded by beautiful views and landscapes.  
The project will be launching in Autumn but the client is looking for someone to join their team as soon as possible to get familiar with how the company operates, the site is expected to be open for around 18 months.  
 
Duties include:
