An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Customer Care Operative to join our client to carry out Multi-Trades works in Customers homes during the warranty period.       
         
This role involves delivering exceptional Multi-trades works, repairing, fixing and fitting the New Homes during the new homes warranty period. You will also be delivering exceptional Customer Care to the owners.        
         
The ideal candidate will be situated in or around West/East Sussex and be flexible to travel as far as Kent as well as along the South Coast.

I am looking for an experienced supervisor who has knowledge of working on external and painting projects. The ideal candidate will be of a trade's background and have experience ensuring work is carried out safely and completed on schedule in accordance to the client's changing needs.      
       
Role      
You will be responsible for overseeing a team for the external maintenance and refurbishment of social housing properties.
