Area Sales Manager - £42,000 with Car allowance  - West Midlands  
         
Introduction          
An exciting new permanent opportunity has arisen for an Area Sales Manager to join our client based in the West Midlands. You will be supporting all the sites within the west midlands region.  
         
The Role                       
- Provide market research information so that the Regional Sales and Marketing Director can agree sales volume and prices.
- Communicate agreed sales volume and pricing to Sales Teams.
- Work with legal and Sales Teams to ensure the 28 day reservation to exchange target is met.
- Liaise with Sales Teams to review offers, part exchange and shared equity schemes and communicate to Regional Sales and Marketing Director.
- Ensure Sales Advisors are using Serum to effectively prospect manage and generate sales.
- In conjunction with the build department and Regional Sales and Marketing Director, plan plot releases to ensure the optimum mix, and availability of units.
- Ensure that Sales Team are provided with current sales prices.
- Attend build/sales meeting as required and ensure completion of relevant reports.

New Homes Sales Consultant - £22,000+, OTE - £40,000+  - Warwickshire  
         
Introduction          
An exciting new permanent opportunity has arisen for a New Homes Sales Consultant to join our client based in Warickshire. You will be based at the development, negotiating the new homes sales.        
         
The Role                       
-Dealing with all potential and existing customers in a professional manner to give the best customer experience.      
       
-Achieving sales of properties to suitable customers in line with agreed targets.      
       
-Providing expertise in both the specifications and the buying procedure      
       
-Using purchasing incentives effectively to ensure a good flow of sales whilst maximising profit.      
       
-Promoting Company mortgage arrangements, including referral to Independent Mortgage Advice, managing transactions and ensuring timely completions.      
       
-Maintaining the presentation of sales arena, stock plots and the sales office.      
-Ensuring that all paperwork and site administration is up to date, and required reports completed.      
       
-Conducting local market research.
