The role
  • To provide support to work with the customer care team, managing customer related issues relating to their new home through to resolution.

  • Attend Housing Association - End of Defect Inspections where required

  • Liaise with commercial and buying departments to order materials in accordance with any arrangements made for defect resolution and identify contra charges where appropriate and complete necessary recording in IT system
  • Review and check invoices for payment, ensure contra-charges are in place and subcontractors are fully informed where appropriate.
  • Complete all post-completion courtesy calls and/or emails with homeowner's in line with the company customer journey, where appropriate

I am looking for experienced Multi Skilled Operative who have a background working within Newly Built Homes.  
Own tools, PPE and van required.
Role  
You will be responsible multi trade works including repairing, fixing and fitting aspects of a newly built properties whilst also providing exceptional customer service to the home owners.
  • Carry out remedial works as deployed by the customer service team in occupied and unoccupied properties - complete repairs on time/first visit.
  • To review defects lists and procure any materials required prior to customer appointments.
  • Flexibility is a must as travel is required
Candidate Information  
The Successful candidate will have experience in planned and responsive within the property services/housing industry. Candidates must have own transport as well as appropriate tools and PPE.
