I am exclusively recruiting on behalf of a family owned regional developer based in Hertfordshire, who are looking for a Senior Surveyor to join their team.  
   
Our client have been owned by multiple generations of the same family and are looking due to the retirement of a long serving member of staff.

Roles and responsibilities:      
       
- Preparations of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials      
- sub-contractor and supplier payments      
- completion of project tenders      
- allocating upcoming work to sub-contractors      
       
Personal specification:      
       
- Must have previous residential experience, either working with a residential developer or main contractor      
- Timber/Traditional build experience      
- Ability to take ownership and solve problems/implement actions      
- strong supplier relationships

Electrician

I am currently recruiting for a fully qualified Electrician who has a background working within homes and work places.      
Role       
You will be predominantly carrying out installations, general PPM & Reactive activities, which will be anything from emergency light testing, light fixtures to repairs. You will need to perform assigned repairs, emergency and preventative maintenance. You will be working by yourself so self-awareness and motivation is vital in your characteristics.      
Essential Qualifications:   
  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical Engineering
  • BS7671 17th Edition Wiring Regulations plus amendment 3
  • 2391/2 Periodic Inspection, testing & certificate of electrical installation
  • Level 3 Initial verification of electrical installation
Desirable Qualifications:
  • JIB card holder
  • CAT B training

- Inspect defects arisen post completion and ensure works are carried out by contractors/operatives to the quality expected.
- Manage expectations and deliver exceptional Customer Service 
- Attend NHBC Resolutions
