Introduction                      
An exciting new permanent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our client based in the Bristol area. This role involves providing an excellent level of Customer Service meeting needs of homeowners after sales.                      
                   
Client Overview                      
Our client, a national house builder currently have a vacancy within their Customer Care team.           
             
The Role                      
- Reporting to the Head of Customer Care you will deliver an excellent level of customer care service meeting the needs of homeowner after the sale.            
- Provide support and advice to sub-contractors and operatives.                      
- Deliver all services within the guidance of data protection legislation.              
- Speak with Site or Constructions teams as necessary to ensure customers’ queries are answered accurately, efficiently and consistently.
- Take ownership of the sites and clients you work with offering assistance and being proactive to ensure works are carried out on time and to the expectations of the client.
 
Key Skills:
- Customer Care experience within an office environment whether this be call centre based, working with customers/account managing.
- Take ownership and responsibility of the area that you cover.
- Excellent communication skills for both the clients but also to work alongside build/construction teams.

We have a new position available for a Site Manager for a well-known national house builder who has recently been awarded five-star status from the NHBC. The company pride themselves on building quality family homes in the Southern Home Counties.        
      
Project        
        
Currently working on various residential projects in the Dorset/Hampshire area; due to their continued development a requirement for an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record with housing developers has arisen.
        
The project is working with 104 traditional houses and flats which has potential to extend into the 3 Dorset projects which are pipelined for the next 3 years       
        
 
The perfect Site Manager will be joining a highly ambitious and professional team, consisting of a Site Manager and 2 Assistant Site Managers. You will get the opportunity to work for a long established national business with a record of offering career progression and training for driven and committed individuals.

New Homes Sales Consultant

New Homes Sales Consultant - £23,00+, OTE - £45,000+  - Ringwood  
         
Introduction          
An exciting new permanent opportunity has arisen for a New Homes Sales Consultant to join our client based in Ringwood. You will be based at the development, negotiating the new homes sales.        
         
The Role                       
-Dealing with all potential and existing customers in a professional manner to give the best customer experience.      
       
-Achieving sales of properties to suitable customers in line with agreed targets.      
       
-Providing expertise in both the specifications and the buying procedure      
       
-Using purchasing incentives effectively to ensure a good flow of sales whilst maximising profit.      
       
-Promoting Company mortgage arrangements, including referral to Independent Mortgage Advice, managing transactions and ensuring timely completions.      
       
-Maintaining the presentation of sales arena, stock plots and the sales office.      
-Ensuring that all paperwork and site administration is up to date, and required reports completed.      
       
-Conducting local market research.
