To work through grievances and support managers etc
Lead and direct back office team (implement HR processes and delivering new and revised policies within specified timeframes: Advising and progressing activity associated with: disciplinaries, grievances, pay/allowances, recruitment, (including change of location), performance and or absence management. to deliver services to the organisation. Responsibilities include: Monitoring and progressing recruitment campaigns; wellbeing and conduct casework etc.
PROVISION OF HR CASEWORK SUPPORT, ADVICE AND GUIDANCE TO MOVE STAFF AND MANAGERS THROUGH DE&S POLICY AND PROCEDURES. CUSTOMER FOCUS, PACE OF DELIVERY AND COMPLIANCE WITH AGREED TEAM OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE REQUIRED. KNOWLEDGE OF HR POLICIES, EMPLOYMENT LAW AND HR OPERATIONAL DELIVERY WOULD BE USEFUL BACKGROUND.
PROACTIVE MANAGEMENT OF ALLOCATED HR CASEWORK PORTFOLIO, ENSURING THAT MANAGERS ARE PROVIDED WITH ACCURATE AND VALUE ADDED HR ADVICE AND GUIDANCE WHEN MOVING THROUGH FORMAL HR PROCEDURES.
