Customer Care Tele-Support/Admin - Southampton - 2 month Contract
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for someone to join the Customer Care department of a new homes developer based in Hedge End, Southampton. You will provide telephone and admin support  to the customer care team. This role involves providing an excellent level of Customer Service meeting needs of homeowners after sales.                    
Client Overview  
Our client, a national house builder with multi award winning staff currently have a vacancy within their Customer Care team.
The Role
  • Answering inbound and outbound calls in the correct manner.
  • Take messages and pass them on appropriately.
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties including filing and photocopying.
  • Call up contractors to chase.
