An award winning house builder is looking for a Sales Advisor to join their new and highly publicised development in Tavistock. Consisting of nearly 800 new homes the development will offer customers a range of modern, comfortable and affordable homes, conveniently located on the edge of Tavistock and within easy reach of Plymouth and Dartmoor National Park
 
The Client

The role  
  • Duties include:
  • Negotiating Property Sales
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Carrying out market research
  • Providing expert knowledge of the company, the homes available, pricing list and all processes involved
  • Maintaining the presentation of show homes and sales office to the highest standards

Customer Care Coordinator needed for a national house builder - £21k - £22k  
 
Overview
An award winning national house builder is looking for a confident Customer Support Coordinator to join their office in Exeter. The successful candidate will take ownership of all ongoing customers' issues and will be responsible to allocate resources including Customer Service Operatives and contractors to undertake remedial work in customers' homes.
 
Duties include:
  • Ensure the correct allocation of work to the Customer Support operative team, the existing site teams and / or contractors to fix issues that have arisen in new customer homes.
  • Monitor, receive and log the results of all telephone calls and emails from Customers in to the Customer Service system (COINS)
  • Ensure the preparation and issue of the weekly defects report for each site as directed by the Customer Support Manager
  • Liaise with the NHBC claims department as required
  • Oversee the work of contractors and report on poor contractor outcomes to the Head of Customer Service
  • Maintain reasonable timescales for customers for any remediation works, and ensure that customers are kept informed throughout any process taking place in their home
 
Candidate:
We are looking for a confident and friendly individual who has experience in face to face customer service and has the ability to work independently and take initiative  
Housebuilding or construction experience would be desirable

The Role                                     
- Reporting to the Area Customer Care Manager, you will deliver an excellent level of customer service meeting the needs of homeowner after the sale.     
- Discuss any complaints, queries, questions from the customer providing response within a timely manner.          
- Provide support and scheduling for sub-contractors and operatives.                    
- Deliver all services within the guidance of data protection legislation.                
- Speak with Site or Constructions teams as necessary to ensure customers' queries are answered accurately, efficiently and consistently.       
        
Key Skills                
- Experience within New Homes, Property Manager or Housing based Customer Care Roles considered.              
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
