An award winning national house builder is looking for Sales Manager to join their division in Essex managing a range of sites in a fast pace and rewarding environment   
 
The Client
One of the leaders in housebuilding and construction in the UK, they build award winning homes creating communities and sustainable new homes.  
 
The role  
The Sales Manager will be an integral part of driving our values and profits within their teams providing motivation and support to exceed set targets.
 
The candidate
Duties include:
Experience within the property industry is essential, passion for the industry and ambition to be successful.
  • To be accountable for delegated activities from the Sales and Marketing Director in order to provide for the collation and management of communication, site information, budgets and operational matters to ensure the effectiveness of all sites and the achievement of profitable sales within budget in a way that assures the company its profitability and customers a professional and courteous service
  • Secure required sales through the provision of an efficient and courteous service to customers through the effective management of allocated developments.
  • Effectively manage the resources allocated within agreed budgets to maximise the company's profitability
  • Contribute to the establishment, maintenance and review of corporate standards in order to enhance the brand's status within the industry
  • Provide accurate and timely reports to senior management on the development's performance and local competitor activity to facilitate a pricing strategy that maximises the company's profitability
 
Ideal candidate will have a background in New Homes sales, having previously managed Sales teams and have a proven track record of working within similar projects
 
Salary and package  
Basic salary up to £65k, generous bonus and privet healthcare and pension
