Sales Progressor - Essex - £22k - £24k  
An amazing opportunity has become available for a Sales Progressor to join an award winning national house builder and their amazing team in Essex.    
The purpose of this role is to manage the sales progress after reservation through to completion, as well as assisting clients in any enquires to move into their new home.    
The duties include:
  • Progressing all sales from reservation to completion
  • Assisting Clients with their move in
  • Ensure all compliance is up to date and completed
  • Liaise with the solicitors and advisers
  • Keeping all relevant parties up to date on details of purchase and other relevant information
The candidate:  
Candidate must have experience within the property industry such as Estate Agents or New Homes developers, could be as a Sales negotiator, Sales administrator or a Sales Progressor.

An award winning national house builder is looking for a Roaming Sales Negotiator for a permanent role to cover their sites across Essex.  
 
The Client
One of the largest homebuilder's in the UK, building and selling over 10,000 houses a year. They understand that buying a home is a significant financial and emotional investment and they aim to make buying, moving into and living in the homes as easy as possible.  
 
The role

  • Negotiating Property Sales
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Carrying out market research
  • Providing expert knowledge of the company, the homes available, pricing list and all processes involved
