Resident Liaison Officer - Location: Harlow - £20,000 - £25,000
My client are a leading name in the Property Services Market who specialise in planned maintenance and capital works schemes for blue chip clients and RSL's.
I am currently looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to be based in Harlow
You will act as a first point of contact for residents and will arrange access to premises with minimum disruption. You will liaise with surveyors, clients and operatives to ensure works are carried out to specification. You will ensure residents are kept informed of the progress and inform them of changes via letters and visits. You will be responsible for carrying out surveys and resolving difficulties and complaints regarding the works by liaising with all parties involved. You will maintain good relationships with residents and a high level of client satisfaction and customer care and ensure a smooth uninterrupted work flow with minimal disruption to the tenant. You will also maintain records on our/clients IT systems and produce reports, be a key point of contact throughout the works including attending all necessary meetings.
To be Suitable for the role you will have have experience in a similar role, have experience of Kitchen design and who has excellent customer care skills, computer literacy with MS Office experience, accurate data processing skills and a professional and composed telephone manner. You should be educated to at least GCSE level Inc English & Maths or an equivalent qualification.
