Role & Responsibilities
- To be successful in this challenging yet rewarding resourcing role, you will be an exceptional leader with the proven ability to set a strong direction and convey persuasive future vision at all levels of an organisation. You will have a proven track record in delivering large scale recruitment campaigns. You will be a strong and resilient deliverer with skills in collaborating effectively and achieving tangible outcomes in the face of significant challenges. You will be able to demonstrate strong planning and organising skills combined with the ability to balance conflicting and changing demands in a deadline-driven situation. Your excellent communication skills enable you to explain complex issues in a way that is understandable by a wide range of audiences; which coupled with your good influencing skills enable you to inspire multidisciplinary teams and build successful relationships at all levels. Travel to other Location: Regular travel to Croydon & London. Occasional travel to regions across the country. 1. Resourcing forecasting 2.Labour market analysis - ongoing during/after campaigns so that we iterate attraction and selection methodologies 3.Development of targeted outreach and attraction plan (working with BF team to deliver the events on the ground; and with Capita / others to run advertising via social media etc) 4.Campaign assurance 5.Selection and assessment methodologies $2022; Expert knowledge of resource management $2022; Knowledge of project management methodologies Skills: $2022; Ability to act positively, flexibly, constructively, bringing focus and energy to the role with a 'can-do' attitude, coaching and supporting as required $2022; Strong analytical skills with the ability to research; produce and present clearly articulated, well-structured reports/MI using qualitative and quantitative data $2022; Ability to identify root cause of problem and develop a range of solutions $2022; Strong communication skills, written and verbal, influencing and negotiating $2022; Ability to deliver consistently to time, cost and quality despite tight timescales and conflicting priorities $2022; IT literate and experienced in use of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and relevant tools Degree or equivalent (desirable) 1.CIPD level 5 qualification with a recruitment bias or previous experience of working within a recruitment analysis role 2.
