Introduction  
A five star house builder is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join one of their developments in Southampton, Bournemouth, Poole and West Sussex. With many more exciting sites planned over the coming months  
 
The Client

The role  
  • Duties include:
  • Negotiating Property Sales
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Carrying out market research
  • Providing expert knowledge of the company, the homes available, pricing list and all processes involved
  • Maintaining the presentation of show homes and sales office to the highest standards
 
The candidate  
Candidate must have new homes sales experience, working with a national or regional developer.  
   
Salary    
The basic salary is £22k - £28k + OTE £40k+

You will be working with a new multi-phased development of around 400 residential units of 3-5 bedroom family homes with surrounding ventures including retail, commercial and leisure developments. An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Customer Care Operative to join our client to carry out Multi-Trades works in Customers homes during the warranty period.             
                 
This role involves delivering exceptional Multi-trades works, repairing, fixing and fitting the New Homes during the new homes warranty period. You will also be delivering exceptional Customer Care to the owners.                
                 
The ideal candidate will be situated in or around the Hampshire area as well as parts of Dorset and West Sussex. Flexibility is needed to travel across their region.                                              
       
The Role                                  
- You should be multi skilled covering Carpentry & Joinery, Painting, Decorating, Tiling and General quality maintenance.                                  
- Deliver exceptional and professional Customer Care to the occupied homes.  
- Flexibility is a must as travel will be required.                      
- Working days are Monday to Friday                                  
- You will need your own tools, these will be replaced by the employer when needed.
