The Role        
Due to client demand and business expansion we are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant that has ambition to ultimately lead a team. Initially you will be working on an established desk and working in an already successful permanent team.      
   
The successful Senior Recruitment Consultant will:
  • Have at least 2 years' experience in permanent recruitment including working on a white collar, technical desk.
  • Be well versed in candidate networking and approaching as you will be working in a candidate driven market where traditional advertising only goes so far.
  • Consider yourself a professional and enthusiastic person who can progress into an imminent team management position.   
 
Salary & benefits       
Salary is based on experience, starting at £24 - £26k pa. In addition there is an excellent commission scheme, great benefits, unique high achievers rewards including flexi-hours and events.   • Carry out roofing repairs and maintenance and to ensure that all work undertaken is completed with due regard for quality, productivity and safety.
  • Set up controlled working area using barriers.
  • Refer to generic risk assessments and carry out point of work risk assessments.
  • Inspect roof defects to determine the best repair solution and methods.
  • Repair and maintain flat, tiled and slated roofs.
  • Undertake minor carpentry work as necessary in association with roofing work.
  • Carry out minor lead or metal flashing works in association with roofing work.
  • Carry out minor repointing and brickwork associated with roofing work.
  • Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed and returned promptly.
  • Provide excellent service to clients and maintain a good customer relationship as a priority
  • Represent the company at all times and ensure that customers are completely satisfied.
  • Comply with HSG33 - Health & Safety in Roof Work
