Introduction          
An exciting new permanent opportunity has arisen for a New Homes Sales Consultant to join our client based in Hemel Hempsted. You will be based at the development, negotiating the new homes sales.        
         
The Role                       
-Dealing with all potential and existing customers in a professional manner to give the best customer experience.      
       
-Achieving sales of properties to suitable customers in line with agreed targets.      
       
-Providing expertise in both the specifications and the buying procedure      
       
-Using purchasing incentives effectively to ensure a good flow of sales whilst maximising profit.      
       
-Promoting Company mortgage arrangements, including referral to Independent Mortgage Advice, managing transactions and ensuring timely completions.
