A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join a well-known national house builder who have been awarded 5* status from the NHBC. The company are seeking an individual to join an existing team of passionate and dedicate employees.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Management several high volume build sites
  • Oversee projects from the start through to completion, ensuring that work is completed on and within its budget
  • Planning of programming and procedures
Personal Specification:
  • Experience of working on high volume builds
  • Good eye for detail
  • Experience of working for a national house builder
