Senior Site Manager - Housing Developer - Gloucester
I am currently working with a reputable national developer who have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Site Manager, offering a salary of £60-65k, plus a generous package.
The Project
A senior site manager is required on a semi-rural site in Gloucester, comprised of 3 and 4 bedroom traditionally built houses.
The Ideal Candidate
- Will have experience of working as a number 1 on site for a National House Builder
- Will have experience of working on high volume builds
- Is able to build strong working relationships, with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and engage with all levels of staff
