An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client in the Kent area whom are seeking a Customer Care Office Manager to oversee their New Homes Customer Care department working alongside the Head of Customer Service.
- Manage a team of Customer Care Coordinators within the department.
- First point of contact for the NHBC, dealing with NHBC resolutions and claims.
- Liaise with customers
- General Office administration
- Excellent organisation skills
- Management/Leadership of a team in a previous role
- Build/Construction knowledge
- Experience within Construction/Private HA/New Homes
