Rachel Millican

Specialist Recruitment Consultant

Rachel on the recruitment industry:

Recruitment is fast paced, competitive, candidate driven and rewarding. Other recruiters can sometimes focus too much on the statistics of working in the sector and not appreciate the impact on individuals lives.

Candidates and clients should speak to me about:

Defence and government contracts.

Opportunities in IT, engineering, project management and project support.

You should speak to me because:

  • I am honest
  • I pride myself in being approachable
  • I have a methodical approach in a highly niche market

Interesting fact about me:

I am a twin sister and have an older brother too. I enjoy bouldering, a type of rock climbing without ropes!

We are looking to appoint an experienced professional communicator on a fixed term contract to plan and deliver all aspects of the communications and engagement work that will be needed to help introduce and embed the culture change necessary in completing the move.
