  • Security Architect - Manchester
 
  • Be responsible for, and be the technical leader for a key security portfolio domain.
  • Lead a team of security designers who deliver security portfolio solutions.
  • Ensure all domain deliveries move from initial concept through to a supported portfolio proposition.
  • Take ownership of key performance metrics, such as RFT, delivery metrics, financial metrics, and people metrics. 
  • Be able to translate customer requirements into technical solutions and benefits.
  • Understand strategic impacts in relation to commercial and technical outcomes.
  • Technical skills across security infrastructure technology, cloud technology, and networks.
  • Previous hands-on technical infrastructure experience.
  • E2e solution thinking. 
Experience you would be expected to have: 
  • Experience of delivery lifecycle from project inception through to operational delivery.
  • Delivering to a framework defined by a business case, meeting quality, time and budgetary requirements.
  • Technical design experience, preferably infrastructure (e.g. security, cloud, networks).
  • Industry recognised qualification to expert level, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Previous hands-on technical infrastructure experience (e.g. security, cloud, networks). 
 
Must have technical / professional qualifications:   
  • Network IP related technologies e.g. BGP 4 or OSPF.
  • Relevant Security endorsement either accreditation or Vendor qualification e.g. PCNSE.
  • CCNP - desirable.
  • CISSP - desirable.
  • CCSP - optional.
