Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + package
Start date: ASAP     
 
I am working with a family owned contractor in the Oxfordshire area who are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join an existing team of passionate and dedicated employees. The individual will need to have experience in high end residential with a contractor and refurbishment.
 
Roles and responsibilities:
  • Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project
  • Ensuring that the client's specifications and requirements are met,
  • Reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs
  • Coordinating and supervising construction workers
  • Selecting tools and materials
  • Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
  • Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
  • Maintaining quality control procedures
 
 Personal specification:
  • Previous industry experience
  • Experience working on high end residential with contractors
  • Experience working on refurbishments
  • Flexible with working hours and have the ability to travel within the local area on a regional and national basis when required
  • Ability to take ownership and solve problems and implement actions
  • Commitment to customer care and customer focus
