Role & Responsibilities
Role A One role will be dedicated to helping implement the new Pay & Grading scheme, so capabilities/ experience in:- Job Evaluation (Hay preferred) and mapping Grade design Market salary analysis Modelling options Communication - helping prepare and deliver the message Role B The other role will concentrate more on BAU activities but also some involvement in delivering the Pay & Grading proposal. The key activities to deliver: Pay Review Benefits/ Pensions - traditional activities, some tail end of TUPEs activities and maximising returns Communication Market analysis Both will be expected to have enthusiasm, energy and ideas
