To assist in the management of the customer care office to ensure smooth running and best use of resources as appropriate. In addition, and when required, to deal with contractors by telephone or written communication and co-ordinate and administer all activities in a timely and professional manner.
 
General administration duties including;
  • Send out Welcome Letters to customers on receipt of signed courtesy visit form. Upload to Doc Explorer
  • Manage invoicing for material deliveries to ensure payment made in accordance with agreed terms. Date stamp, log, query, gain authorisation, request further information and pass for payment.
  • Check material orders against Goods Received Notes to ensure accuracy.
  • Obtain gas and electrical certificates, copy, upload to internal systems and distribute correctly.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing post for the customer services department.
  • Raise all cheque requests and manage all associated correspondence. Record all details accurately.
  • Request and accurately record all exceptional payments.
 
This role offers up to £24,000 annual salary plus holiday entitlement.
You will be working normal Monday - Friday working hours.

The role requires the incumbent to work with authority and initiative to drive this project forward, lead a small team and deliver programmed efficiency savings. The individual needs strong planning and organisational skills, people and communications skills and analytical skills with a proven ability to persuade and influence senior decision-making. Contribute to blueprint design and take over leadership from the existing (short-term) team. c.
